First World Problems with Plumbing

I admire plumbers. My do-it-myself efforts require a constant effort. I fix one problem only to have another pop up. After several months of goofing around with the shower faucets, I think I can change a faucet stem with my eyes closed, now. Washers and fittings have to be tight, but not too tight. There’s never adequate space to work. After my continuing efforts failing to fix the plumbing, all I can say is that I’m grateful I have indoor plumbing to fail to fix.
